UN FUTUR FAIT AU QUÉBEC is an invitation, an initiative that aims to inform, train and mobilize Quebec organizations to engage in prospective/foresight. It also aims to invite organizations already practicing it to share their successes and challenges.
THE ONLY PREDICTABLE FUTURE IS THE ONE WE MAINTAIN OR REPEAT !
The future is not what it used to be and in order to better prepare and act in a Volatile, Uncertain, Complex and Ambiguous (VICA) world, we must use the methods and tools that will allow us to study and prospect futures in order to detect risks and opportunities, create scenarios, consider first and second order of impacts and finally through this anticipation, achieve a degree of preparation and determination (of the future) necessary to continue and proper today and tomorrow.

UN FUTUR FAIT AU QUÉBEC provides introductory and informational programs on futures studies methods and tools, particularly to enable organizations and individuals to acquire the quality of futures literacy needed to successfully engage in more advanced programs.
UN FUTUR FAIT AU QUÉBEC provides an approach to the study of futures and foresight that allows organizations and individuals to acquire the skills required to establish good preaction and proaction programs for the future. In addition, our approach is integrated into short- and medium-term strategic planning as well as into the risk management and continuous vigilance programs.

A FUTURE MADE IN QUEBEC believes that mobilization is important in order to create new, distinct and unique futures. In its best version, foresight is participatory, drawing on the wisdom of the crowd and interdisciplinary, in order to take advantage of each area of knowledge and doing. An Audacious and Disrptive Future, A Revolution ?
La Révolution Tranquille is a Quebec phenomenon that illustrates its decision to free itself from restrictive determinisms in favor of “determining” a more adequate and engaging future, a break with the past. La Révolution Tranquille 2.0 is simply the renewed aim of moving above and beyond the current restrictive determinisms to the “determination” of a preferred future that is more congruent with our vision, needs and ambitions.
